Lemcon self-performs on demanding sites, organizes others, and ensures all quality standards. These deployments and integration work show our experience-related value-add: realistic project/resource planning; properly matching staff-skills to technical requirements, and; daily oversight and quick issue resolution resulting in timely project completion.

Lemcon manages wireless network deployments for Tier-1 carriers, using its expertise and experience with Base Transceiver Station (BTS), aka Radio Base Station (RBS). This work typically involves CDMA, HSPA+, 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and W-CDMA networks. Here, Lemcon self-performs and manages others. As to field testing new sites, we adopt the customer’s QC/QA automation features and processes to best accelerate the acceptance and activation of the new builds. Overall services include, but are not limited to:
